Nomination Paper of Shri Nathwani Parimal Accepted Under RPA Act, 1951

According to an official order issued on June 10, 2026, the nomination paper of Shri Nathwani Parimal has been accepted after being found valid during scrutiny conducted under Section 36 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951.

Returning Officer Ranjeet Kumar, by order dated June 10, 2026, held the nomination paper to be valid and accepted it in accordance with the provisions of the Act.

The signed order records that the nomination paper satisfied the statutory requirements set out under the Act and was therefore accepted.
